Don’t learn to work smarter, harder or better, but basically stay with who you are. It is the only way you will be truly happy.

o The other side of the coin is that you say you are Low Key; some people will consider it weak and try to run you over; You don’t have to let that happen.

o If you have established within the first few minutes of meeting with them that you really know your stuff (product knowledge), then that should be enough.

o Lastly, I have found that most successful REALTORS find their groove or niche or even the groove to be a successful REALTOR and then build on that.

o Also, I found that most of them are happy people, well grounded and easy to get along with. There are exceptions, of course, but overall this is a good, comfortable business to be in.
