There is no place in genuine leadership to blame and complain, avoid personal responsibility, or resort to procrastination and procrastination! Rather, real leaders, regardless of position, title or level / type, etc., must proactively be ready, willing and able to move forward, responsibly / reliably, and SIXTEEN the moment! With that in mind, this article will briefly attempt to consider, examine, review and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, what this means and represents, and why it is important.

1. Service; sustainable; strengthening; solutions: You are not a real leader, unless / until your focus and emphasis is on the best quality service and representation! Proceed, in a relevant manner, while understanding the sustainable needs and requirements of leading! What good is someone, unless their leadership consistently strengthens the group? Real leadership must be grounded in and focused on conceiving, creating, and implementing the best possible solutions.

2. Empathy; emphasis: The key to being a true leader is to possess, maintain and proceed, with the highest degree of genuine empathy, based on listening and learning effectively, from each conversation, and experimenting and proceeding, accordingly, putting the common good first. of any personal / political agenda and / or self-interest! Notice where someone puts their main emphasis!

3. Integrity; ideas; ideology / ideals; imagination / innovative: True leaders must maintain genuine integrity, and never simply resort to some path, of least resistance, of settling, for, good enough, and / or, same, same, old!
