Required Ingredients

Half (½) kg of carrots (that you and your child could mash together)

1 cup dates (remove pits, then measure)

1 ¾ cup walnuts or cashews

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

¼ teaspoon sea salt

¾ ground cinnamon

½ teaspoon ground ginger

1 pinch of ground nutmeg

¼ cup grapes

1 cup coconut flour or almond flour or desiccated coconut or flaxseed/powdered oats

Method:

  1. Rinse and wash the carrots well and mash them together with your children.

  2. Next, take all the ingredients along with the grated carrots and mix them in the blender.

  3. Mix it until you get a smooth dough that can be rolled into small balls.

  4. Once the balls are ready, roll them in the flour of your choice: almond, coconut, flaxseed, or powdered oats.

  5. Finally refrigerate or freeze the balls to firm up

  6. Serve with a glass of warm milk

method:

  1. In a bowl mash the bananas.

  2. Beat the eggs until well combined with the mashed bananas.

  3. Once the dough is ready, take a nonstick skillet and heat it over low heat.

  4. Pour 1/3 of the batter into the pan and let it cook.

  5. Once you see the bubbles appear, flip the side over and cook again for another 1-2 minutes.

  6. Serve hot with banana slices and drizzled with maple syrup or honey.

12 slices of bread

Butter

6 slices of chicken breast or vegetable cutlets

6 slices of cottage cheese

1 small tomato

1 stalk of green onion or you can also take celery (depending on the availability of the ingredient)

Method:

  1. The first step is to take inventory of all the ingredients and gather them in one place.
