It will take place for twelve hours after the scheduled pick-up time, or until the end of the day. A second driver can be added for an additional fee per day (cost varies by location).

Alamo Car Rental – One way and savings
If you’re driving to another area, Alamo offers one-way rental services. You may be charged an “intercity” rate, which varies by location and time of year. Also known as a “drop charge” rate, it will be revealed during the booking process. It is recommended that one-way rentals be booked in advance.
Are you traveling with your furry friends? Pets are allowed in Alamo rental cars as long as they are kept in a carrier. If they are not kept in a crate, you may be charged cleaning and detail fees. Only service animals for people with disabilities can remain inside the vehicle without a carrier.
There are several ways to save. For example, an Alamo car rental discount will apply if you pay in advance with a valid credit card at least 24 hours in advance. The prepayment option will appear when selecting a car during the online booking process. The prepaid discount is not always available at all locations.
